We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teachers in delivering and planning lessons.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and qualifications in a similar role. However, an understanding of supporting others and working in care would be very transferable. You should possess a genuine desire for working with children and supporting them through their educational journey.
You will be responsible for assisting the students in both small groups and 1-1, as well as helping academically in the classroom. Additionally, there will be a requirement to support the students' social and emotional development. Being able to be proactive and think on your feet is key, as you ensure all preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources are complete ahead of time.
