Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing site leadership role with responsibility for a team
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Demonstrable experience of driving and improving site performance
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience in implementing continuous improvement/lean manufacturing techniques
  • IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
