About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Advisor to join our team at EE Retail. As a Retail Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to make informed recommendations to customers
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
