Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Pricer to support our large framework from our Andover office.

The successful candidate will assist in producing accurate, clearly detailed and competitive priced tenders & budgets within deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review project documents and prepare reports identifying key details.
  • Collaborate with contractors to complete pricing preliminaries.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies.
  • Conduct site visits to gather essential information.
  • Analyze tender sums and provide recommendations.
  • Identify temporary works requirements.
  • Negotiate tender and post-tender contracts.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the importance of this role in driving business growth and profitability.
