About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join our client's construction team. As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects and coordinating all aspects of project management, from planning to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop project specifications and timelines
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress updates
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a construction-related field
  • Familiarity with contract administration and project management tools
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Office)
  • A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed
