Fire Door Carpenter Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Fire Door Carpenter to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited, a leading passive fire protection specialist. As a Fire Door Carpenter, you will be responsible for completing fire door installations and maintenance, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain fire doors to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Use appropriate materials, tools, and resources to complete tasks efficiently
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
  • Undertake necessary training to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Use company-approved apps to evidence work completion

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry
  • NVQ in passive fire protection (preferred)
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Asbestos awareness and first aid training
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to undergo DBS check (if required)
  • FIRAS certification (preferred)
