We are recruiting a skilled Voyage Care Support Assistant to join our team in Lemington Spa. As a key member of our support team, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging environment for individuals with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals with daily living tasks, promoting their independence and autonomy
• Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring individual needs are met
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of support services
Requirements:
• Experience working in a similar role or setting, with a strong understanding of individualized care
• Ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
