Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our St Albans store and drive business success.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a customer-obsessed atmosphere, inspiring a team of fashion enthusiasts, and delivering exceptional results through commerciality, collaboration, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Collaborate with Territory Leaders to identify opportunities and implement changes to impact KPIs, customer service, and team development
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Manage inventory, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous store or deputy management experience
- A track record of effectively leading and managing a team
- Commercial acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle inventory management and stock control
