Key Responsibilities
  • Billing and Revenue Management: Ensure timely and accurate billing of patient accounts, including inpatients and outpatients.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain compliance with department processes and policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, consultants, and insurance companies, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
