Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FF&E Designer to join our team at Curio Careers. As a Senior FF&E Designer, you will be responsible for creating bespoke FF&E concepts, managing procurement, and overseeing the installation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative director to develop FF&E concepts and material boards.
  • Oversee the procurement process, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Manage projects from concept to installation, overseeing all phases of the process.
  • Set up procurement systems and manage budgets, schedules, and deliveries.
  • Conduct on-site visits to supervise FF&E installations and ensure quality control.

Requirements:

  • BA Hons in a design or arts degree.
  • Demonstrable experience in bespoke high-end residential or boutique hotel/workplace design.
  • Strong supplier and product knowledge.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Adobe, and Sketchup.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
