End Point Assessor

Pearson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced End Point Assessor to join our team. As an End Point Assessor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our apprenticeship programs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct end-point assessments for Early Years Lead Practitioner L5 apprentices in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures.
- Maintain and provide evidence of ongoing, relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to ensure expertise in the subject matter.
- Assess the performance of candidates, ensuring that all EPA reports and assessment evidence are high quality and recorded accurately.
- Support Pearson with any appeals from apprentices regarding assessment decisions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pearson's end-point assessment activities.
- Hold a relevant Level 6 qualification and a qualification that meets the criteria set by the Department for Education.
- Have 2 years postgraduate relevant experience within Early Years Practice.
- Hold a DBS Certificate and an Assessor qualification.
- Be able to assess free from bias and meet deadlines.
