About The Range

The Range is a leading retailer in the UK, known for its unique one-stop shopping experience. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service and promoting our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers in finding products, providing information and recommendations as needed.
  • Deal with returned goods, processing refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining patient and calm under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly, making sound decisions in a timely manner.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to lift and move products, as required.
