Store Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of store staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Manage the inventory of stock, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently, moving goods around the store and yard.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or retail environment.
- Valid driving license and ability to operate a forklift truck.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Computer literate, with experience of using internal stores systems.
