About the Role

  • Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with our loyal customer base, understanding their needs and orders to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Process orders and respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with a small, friendly team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.
  • Drive sales growth by developing a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with external Key Account Managers to support customer and business objectives.

What You'll Need

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A natural sales approach, with a focus on understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
