Randstad Education is recruiting a Support Worker for Children with SEN Needs to join our dedicated team. As a specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and interactive environment, supporting students with diverse needs.
In this role, you will collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored educational plans, promoting the academic and personal growth of students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized support to students with SEN needs, enhancing their learning experience and promoting independence.
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored educational plans.
- Fostering positive relationships with students, their families, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and mutual respect.
- Contributing to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that values diversity and promotes well-being.
- Attending regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and developments in SEN support.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
