We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team at NTT DATA Business Solutions.
About the Role:
This senior position involves designing and implementing SAP-based solutions that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with programme management and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with technical specifications and NTT DATA/client IT strategy, delivering intended results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers, sales, business development, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Compile statements of work to support sales and deal review processes.
- Lead integrated workshops with directors and deliver roadmap sessions to customers.
- Architect solution strategies to successfully deliver customer outcomes while advising programme management and technical delivery teams.
- Provide thought leadership in industry forums and participate in marketing activities promoting SAP technology and solutions.
- Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer to evolve NTT DATA's technology strategy and identify third-party partners and products.
- Act as design authority on projects where expertise is significant and generate consulting revenue from such activities.
- Lead problem-solving efforts across multiple complex customer projects, ensuring quality assurance and reviewing architectures.
- Engage in self-directed learning to stay updated on new technologies and developments, maintaining NTT DATA's market position.
- Identify opportunities for repeat and extended business through comprehensive input.
Requirements and Qualifications:
You will have proven technical and solution expertise across multiple relevant SAP software products, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules. Experience with SCM products like EWM or TM is highly desirable, as is familiarity with SAP Cloud solutions.
A track record of successfully delivering customer projects and resolving complex architecture projects is essential. Strong interpersonal and soft skills, ability to develop relationships with stakeholders, and personal integrity are required.
Experience and Skills:
- At least 15 years' industry experience, with a minimum of 6 years in an SAP consulting environment.
- Proven experience in solution design and architecture, successful delivery, and elements of at least 8 full project lifecycles.
- Minimum of 3 successful, full lifecycle projects as solution architect with wide scope software integration solutions.
- Adept at leading multi-disciplinary teams, developing business relationships, and managing delivery teams through complex SAP projects.
