About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Sja's West. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering first aid and medical provision at various events across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed plans for assigned events, ensuring effective and safe patient care.
  • Represent St John Ambulance at external multi-agency meetings and safety advisory groups.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, event organizers, and volunteers.
  • Contribute to the development of event plans, assist with resourcing and deployment, and support with event logistics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations planning and delivery.
  • Experience of using computerized planning systems and data input applications.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for end-to-end event delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
