Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualised care plans in accordance with nursing standards.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician while ensuring patient safety.
  3. Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
  4. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care.
  5. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
  6. Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Valid Registered Nurse qualification with a current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
  2. Proven experience in a clinical setting with a strong anatomy knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
  3. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits and Working Conditions:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £22.50.
  • Full-time and permanent position with 38.5 hours per week.

Work Schedule and Requirements:

  • Flexible 12-hour shift rotations, including day and night shifts.
  • Nursing experience of 2 years is preferred.
  • NMC registration and a valid driving license are also preferred.
