Job Description

This role is part of our Operations Team, focused on delivering aircraft and engine-related services to a growing customer base. As a Maintenance Operations Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer work packages, and identifying key milestones for planned maintenance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer work packages into a format suitable for the maintenance environment
  • Importing customer work packages into our computer system
  • Ensuring all associated maintenance data, proformas, cross-reference documents, and drawings are attached to relevant work packages
  • Identifying key milestones, parts, and tooling requirements for planned maintenance through PART-145 Production Planning
  • Coordinating third-party requirements, such as NDT, aircraft reweighs, and exterior cleaning
  • Supporting Line/Base Check Managers during maintenance inputs
  • Organizing and chairing Pre-Input meetings (Light Base Maintenance)
  • Undertaking tasks as requested by the Planning Manager

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a PART-145 + PART-M Planning environment preferred
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to Aircraft Maintenance
  • Training Certificates and an up-to-date CV (preferably in Word format)
