The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the used car sales operation, ensuring targets are met and exceeded;
- Supervise and mentor Sales Executives, providing guidance and training to improve performance;
- Maintain showroom and stock management, ensuring a high level of presentation and organization;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth;
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction;
- Hold a full driving license.
Competitive salary of £40,000 with OTE of £60,000;
Monday to Friday working hours with Saturday's on a rota basis;
