As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure orders of food and beverage are served promptly and to the highest standards.

  • Provide exemplary hospitality to guests at all times, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Be fully conversant with our systems and ensure accurate posting of guest bills.

  • Identify and act upon opportunities to upsell and enhance the guest experience.

  • Ensure the outlet is prepared to standard service levels and all preparation is organized for current and following days.

  • Work to an agreed rigid cleaning procedure, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Take ownership of guest and colleague needs, acting upon opportunities to remedy issues and ensure the outlet is run to set standards.

  • Attend all relevant training as and when required, developing your skills and knowledge to meet the needs of the role.

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments in the hotel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Report all maintenance faults to the Maintenance Department and follow the remedy through, ensuring minimal disruption to service.

  • Minimize wastage within the food and beverage area, ensuring efficient use of resources.

  • Show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

  • Familiarize yourself with our Core Values TITANIC, embodying the desired behaviors that we expect from all our employees.

  • Maintain total standards relating to security, with emphasis on liquor stocks, hotel equipment, keys, floats, glasses, and adherence to company regulations.

Requirements
