About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team and take charge of growing new sales business and income production. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing new business, excellent sales ability, and high-level customer service skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch.
  • Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties.
  • Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division.
  • Accountable for quality of customer care.
  • Meet and exceed targets for lettings business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a Senior Sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Listing & valuation experience.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
