Sensory Research Leader

We're a global company specialising in food, drink and consumer packaged goods research, working regularly with top brands. Our team of 800 research professionals is multi-discipline, covering fields like R&D, insight, marketing, sensory science, data sciences and psychology.
About the RoleWe're seeking a Sensory Panel Leader to support the Sensory Panel Manager, ensuring smooth panel sessions and day-to-day management. You'll develop skills to lead panel sessions, create proposals, write client reports efficiently, and become proficient in panel leadership.
The role includes planning and running panel sessions, screening and training panels, and generating and analysing panel data. You'll be based in our client site in Slough, with full support and training from MMR.
Requirements- A passion for sensory research and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Sensory Science, Experimental Psychology, or Sociology.
- Computer literacy, with competence in Word, Excel, and email. Training will be given in relevant software packages.
- Experience working with expert-trained sensory panels or moderating qualitative groups is ideal.
