Role Overview:

Care Outlook LTD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in West Berkshire. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Observing, monitoring, and recording client progress

Requirements:

  • Caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
  • Authorised to work in the UK
