Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and experienced Security Officer to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. As a leading security provider in Cambridge, we are continuing to grow our client base and looking to recruit individuals who can provide exceptional customer service and maintain full building and premises security.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors
- Maintain full building and premises security
- Report any findings in the appropriate manner
- Comply with full Health & Safety measures
- Building access and egress control, and visitor management
- Patrols, internal and external
- Ad-hoc facilities support when required
- Valid SIA Licence
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience
- Knowledge of MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
- Resilient and proactive in your work
- Unlimited training and opportunities to progress
- £12-£14+ per hour, depending on the site
- Flexible shift patterns; working days, nights, and weekends
- Up to 28 days paid holiday (site and shift dependent)
