About the Role:

We are seeking an Aspiring Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a SEND Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clinical psychology setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a school setting
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote student well-being and academic success
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and provide interventions to address student needs
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in clinical psychology and SEND support

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of clinical psychology principles and practices
  • Experience working with students with SEND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
