Job Overview

Anson McCade is seeking a talented Manager for Transaction Services to join our team. As a Manager – Transaction Services, you will be part of an integrated team of specialists focused on key questions during critical stages of deal planning and execution.


The Role

As a Manager – Transaction Services, you'll be responsible for utilizing your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to work with various clients or sector-specific clients. You will apply your analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and construct solutions for your clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and operate in high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Identify deal implications of due diligence findings and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Provide direct advice and insights to clients, showcasing technical expertise.
  • Manage cost reporting, recovery rate monitoring, and invoicing.
  • Deliver large sections or full work streams from end-to-end, adding value by collaborating with other business areas to become a trusted adviser.
  • Produce robust financial analysis and support your team by reviewing their work.
  • Act as a key contact for clients and advisors on a day-to-day basis.


Essential Skills & Experience:


  • Proven ability to direct and operate in high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in identifying deal implications of due diligence findings and deriving actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide direct advice and insights to clients, showcasing technical expertise.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and re-plan accordingly.
  • Effective project management skills to handle the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing upwards and reviewing output to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Strong academic background with a financial qualification such as ACA or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
