Key Responsibilities- Marketing Analytics Expertise: Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to grasp the impact of marketing efforts on business metrics, providing actionable insights to inform data-driven decisions.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead marketing analytics and reporting for uSwitch, optimizing strategies across various channels to enhance decision-making and drive business growth.
- Customer Insights: Drive the creation of a unified customer view, fostering a cohesive audience strategy for all digital platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Construct a robust LTV model in alignment with marketing leads to enhance long-term investment decisions and inform strategic business initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings in a clear, actionable manner to stakeholders at different levels, ensuring that insights are effectively communicated and acted upon.
- Marketing Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in marketing analytics, including brand health, digital attribution, and customer segmentation.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to convey critical data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SQL, data manipulation, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Leadership Experience: Prior experience in managing and mentoring analysts, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
