About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at room2 Belfast. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes for our guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to the highest standard
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Ensure all food safety and health & safety policies and procedures are followed
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients
* Listen and forward customer suggestions or complaints to the Line Manager

Requirements:

* Strong organization and time management skills
* Previous chef experience (less than 3 years)
* Food safety level 2
* Cultural fit and community engagement
* Availability to work weekends
