Technical Oversight

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of backend systems and services.

  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and bottlenecks in the development process.
Strategy and Vision

This role contributes to the strategic planning of the company's backend architecture and technology stack.

Operations and Support

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of backend systems in production.
  • Working with DevOps, Security, and IT teams to optimize infrastructure and deployment processes.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong technical background in C#, .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Proven experience in designing and building scalable and reliable backend systems.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
