Trust Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a Trust Logistics Specialist to join our Operations Support Services department. As a key member of the team, this role will involve coordinating the maintenance and repair of medical devices, ensuring compliance with Trust policy and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Clinical Equipment Manager and Logistics & Distribution Manager to develop and review policies and procedures that support the implementation and continuation of an effective Clinical Equipment and Logistics team. Additionally, you will contribute to the maintenance of good corporate governance arrangements, including risk management, and provide support to ensure that good lines of communication exist between service providers, front-line staff, and other departments within the Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work independently in a supportive role using initiative regarding their own workload, ensuring statutory and Trust deadlines are met.
- To assist other members of the Operations Support Services team with investigations and enquiries, ensuring timely, complete, and appropriate responses.
- To maintain, store, and dispose of records in a manner that meets statutory requirements.
