Machinery Maintenance Specialist

Competitive salary: £40,500 + extensive overtime + OTE of £50,000 to £52,000 plus + 33 days holiday + pension + shore-based in workshop
Aberdeen-based company seeks a skilled welder fabricator with experience in ship maintenance to join their team as a Maintenance Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out mechanical repairs onboard the fleet of vessels and performing preventive maintenance on deck equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all shipboard repairs are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain all tools and equipment to a high standard
- Keep company-approved Planned Maintenance/Purchasing systems fully up to date
- Ensure all appropriate PTWs, Isolations, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements are in accordance with the tasks at hand
- Actively promote and progress the company's QHSE Policies
- Stop the job when required
- Welder fabricator with relevant onshore/offshore support experience
- Experience in a similar role preferred
