Trainee Health and Safety Advisor

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Trainee Health and Safety Advisor to join our team for the delivery of a major infrastructure project in the South Coast region. As a Trainee Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in driving health and safety standards within the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the visiting Health and Safety Manager and Site Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop method statements to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Monitor health and safety standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety procedures.
  • Provide support to the project team in maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Recently qualified with a NEBOSH certificate or relevant construction degree.
  • High standards, attention to detail, and a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
