Your Role

As a technical project lead, you will use agile principles to lead the delivery and development of simulation components for our weapons systems.

You will guide a multidiscipline team to deliver innovative solutions, utilising the latest technologies to support us across the whole project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of engineers to leverage synthetic environments for system exploration and development.
  • Managing requirements and change management.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Stakeholder influence and management.
  • Proactive risk management.
