About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to make a positive impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in Hertford.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching and Supporting Students: Provide individualized education plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of students with SEND and ASC.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the school community to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development for all students.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
  • Experience in Teaching Students with SEND and ASC: A proven track record of successfully teaching and supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
