About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Community Justice Support Specialist to join our team in Solihull. As a specialist, you will be working with women under the supervision of the National Probation Service, providing needs-led support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.


Our service is part of the Women's Justice Partnership, which aims to provide holistic support to women by women. You will be responsible for delivering the Springboard programme, focusing on self-esteem, emotions management, boundaries, communication skills, and healthy relationships.


As a Community Justice Support Specialist, you will work with a complex client group, promoting and delivering the Springboard programme to meet the needs of these women. You will facilitate discussions and activities in a group setting, achieving clear outcomes using a strengths-based approach.


You will also be required to deliver support one-to-one where deemed appropriate. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored support plans to help them achieve their goals.
