Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team at a leading developer, manufacturing and supplier of automated factory solutions. This role will involve supporting and maintaining our product range across customer sites nationwide.



The Role

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for operating UK wide, based from our West Midlands Hub. You will travel to customer sites to support both planned and reactive maintenance of equipment, as well as assist with machine installation and commissioning.



Key Responsibilities

- Support successful customer relationships through regular visits to sites for maintenance work and as a trusted representative of the brand.

- Ensure the positive promotion and offering of a full suite of value-added services to customers.

- Assist with training and guiding customer teams on equipment and processes.

- Support with the preparation and delivery of quotations and estimates for new installations and service packages.



Requirements

- Possess a proactive and customer-focused approach to work.

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
