About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to support our technical requirements for various clients on commercial sites in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate with a focus on Maintenance and Response and PPM works.
  • Strong Paperwork skills are a requirement as well as a strong ability for Customer Service.
  • Carry out Planned Maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
  • Maintain, service and repair various types of Water systems as well as Drainage systems on site.
  • Work with a similar building services company.
  • Comprehensive technical skills along with extensive experience in commercial fault finding and rectification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of most Drainage systems.
  • Good all-round knowledge of Waste pumps, pipework install & repairs.
  • Good interpersonal & communicating skills, flexible approach to work / Clients' requirements.
  • Logical thinker in fault finding situations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working within a team environment.
  • Able to work unsupervised & independently.
Requirements
  • C&G:6035 Level 3 / NVQ Level3 Diploma in Plumbing studies.
  • BPEC Water Supply (Water fittings) Regs:1999.
  • MEWP. - IPAF 3a/3b.
  • Fabric maintenance qualifications.
  • IPAF 1b (Spider).
  • Legionella / L8 Qualification.
  • Driving License.
  • Vaccinated.
