About the Role

We seek an experienced Lead Education Professional to join our senior leadership team. This key role involves overseeing pastoral and behaviour support across the school, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality education and pastoral care

Requirements and Benefits

To be successful in this role, you will require:

The salary for this position is approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
