About the Role:

The Cumbria Constabulary is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join its Business Change Team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of organisational projects and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyse, and validate data to inform business change decisions and potential impacts.
  • Provide data quality assurance and support the development and implementation of change.
  • Identify and scope areas requiring review, including process improvement, structure changes, and data quality.
  • Collaborate with the Business Change Sergeant and Advisors to deliver effective policing services.
  • Report directly to the Business Change Inspector and contribute to the achievement of organisational objectives and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a business change role is desired.
  • Knowledge of organisational objectives and priorities is essential.
  • Ability to travel around the county and work from various deployment bases as required.
  • Enhanced vetting requirements to MV standard must be passed.
  • Completion of an excel-based Analyst Test is compulsory prior to interview.
