Job Title: Maintenance Manager

As a key member of our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited, you will be responsible for leading our maintenance operations. This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 DOE, along with progression opportunities, training, and a flexible working environment.

We require an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with knowledge of manufacturing, CNC, or other equipment. Your duties will include maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, as well as training and mentoring junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
- Train and mentor junior staff members
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, CNC, or other equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
