The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of health and wellness products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about our range of health and wellness products.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic IT skills and ability to use in-store technology.
