Aftersales Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aftersales market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in aftersales business development or parts advising.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and its aftermarket.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software.
