Job Title: Executive Chef

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at RAF Benson in Wallingford. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food standards are maintained across all services.

Responsibilities:
* Assist with the day-to-day running of our busy working kitchen, including preparation and service delivery* Ensure strict adherence to EHO guidelines and systems, maintaining a clean and safe working environment* Collaborate with the FOH team to drive service excellence, meeting customer expectations* Maintain sanitation practices, adhering to standards and regulations* Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard

Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment* Basic IT skills* Experience in menu production and confident input* Exposure to bulk cooking* Enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

About You:
You will bring a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences, combined with a commitment to maintaining high standards. Your ability to work effectively under pressure, while ensuring a safe and efficient working environment, is essential.
