Maintenance Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Expert to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our site.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring that all machinery is functioning safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

  • Location: Coventry
  • Salary: Basic £37,260 per annum + £3.50 per hour shift allowance (continental)
  • Hours per Week: 41 hours (continental shift pattern)

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Identifying potential problems and taking proactive steps to prevent equipment failure.
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.

We Require:

  • Someone with extensive experience in maintenance engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
