Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to join our team at Arcus Solutions. This role is based in the North East, East, or South East London area and will involve working on a night shift basis.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in refrigeration case and unit cleaning in a commercial environment, with the ability to work flexibly as required by business needs. A full UK/EU driver's license is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain refrigerated cabinets to agreed standards
  • Work during customer busy periods, including Xmas and Easter
  • Remove and replace back plates and base shelves
  • Use jet washes to clean equipment and vacuums to unblock drains
  • Complete daily audits of locations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in refrigeration case and unit cleaning, or industrial cleaning experience
  • Basic refrigeration maintenance ability is an advantage

We offer a competitive salary of £32,566 per annum, plus a night shift allowance of £4,103 per annum. Our benefits package includes 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, additional earnings through enhanced overtime rates, and a 4% bonus subject to achievement of targets.
