About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings, making recommendations to customers and increasing sales through upselling and suggestive selling.
  • Ensure that all customers receive a warm and personalized welcome, with a focus on building strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.
