About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Hunter Selection. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all non-emergency maintenance work across our manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager and Production Manager to develop and implement maintenance plans that ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production levels.
  • Develop and maintain robust maintenance schedules, taking into account equipment reliability, maintenance history, and production requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance principles, including reliability-centered maintenance and total productive maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
