About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to support a 37-year-old woman with a disability in her independent living. As a Personal Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling her to live a happy and fulfilling life, while also providing her parents with a much-needed break.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with meal preparation and domestic care
  • Accompanying her to social and leisure activities
  • Supporting her to remain independent and confident

Requirements

  • Experience of supporting individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Essential PA Guide training
  • Safeguarding Adults/Children training
  • Moving & Handling training
