At the Highland Spring Group, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Operator to join our team at the Ochils site in Perthshire. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating high-speed bottle blowing, filling, and packaging lines, ensuring smooth production and adherence to quality standards.
About the Role:
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating high-speed packaging lines, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Accurately recording data and production information, as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in high-volume FMCG manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
Compensation and Benefits:
